FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making blade forgings from two-phase titanium alloys. Design and manufacture of shaped workpiece and its subsequent stamping are performed. When designing a shaped workpiece, allowance is taken into account along the profile of the blade from the shank to the end part for the degree of deformation during subsequent stamping, allowance for flash and allowance for dimensional chemical etching. Mathematical expressions are given for determining the dimensions of the sections of the inlet and outlet edges of the shaped blank of the blade for subsequent stamping and horizontal location of its sections relative to vertical axis of symmetry of the blade.
EFFECT: as a result, the quality of the obtained blade stamping is improved.
