FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: system includes electric motor with rotor shaft and is made in the form of pump, transmission and booster, which are in-series connected to it. Transmission has at least one assembly section. System has extended tubular shape on the larger part of its length. Transmission of torque from electric motor to booster and transfer of pumped medium from intake pipe to pump are opposite directed. The part of the unit, which is located below support flange of the pump, is semi-submersible. Section of transmission includes assembled housing containing two end housings connected by means of a connecting housing, in which rotor shaft is installed with possibility of torque transmission and enclosed in separating pipe so that a flow cavity is formed between the latter and the above housings. Supports of rotor shaft are mounted into end housing of transmission section by means of ribs totally forming hydraulic transparent honeycomb channel of flow cavity in each end housing.
EFFECT: stable and long-term pumping of oil-bearing fluids in no-cavitation modes at increased efficiency and reduced power consumption is provided.
