FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for production of smoking media during food products production. The device friction unit is composed of two fuel logs positioned on the same axis. One end of each log is pressurised in the electric drive holders so that to enable rotation in opposite directions and creation of constant effort for clamping the logs free butt-ends to each other. The logs free ends are positioned inside a cartridge so that to enable rotational and translation movement. In the zone of the logs ends clamping the cartridge has a 270° arc slot for discharge of solid pyrolysis particles.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the quantity of detrimental substances, such as nitrocompounds and benzapyrenes, in the produced smoking fume due to the pyrolysis process implementation by way of wood-on-wood friction excluding oxide film formation.
