FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device is intended for production of smoking media during food products production. The body of the device for smoking fume generation contains nipples for air delivery and fume discharge. A wood billet is clamped with a constant force to the friction unit installed in the middle part of the body and connected to an electric drive. The friction unit is designed in the form of a friction disc along the butt circumference whereof no less than two fuel wood logs are positioned. The logs are clamped with their free butts to the friction disc butt, having the possibility of translation movement and rotation round their axes in a direction to the friction disc rotation direction. The ash collector is designed in the form of a bath with nipples for water delivery and discharge and is installed in the lower part of the body.
EFFECT: device allows to produce high quality smoking fume.
