SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The preserves are produced of meat-and-bone extraction cake, crushed garbanzo, bulb onions, tomato paste and drinking water. The seasonings are represented by culinary salt, ground black pepper, sugar sand and laurel leaf. All the components are used at the specified components ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce preserves with maximum preservation of nutritive value of the components.
