FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ultrasonic diagnostics in obstetrics, and can be used in case when it is necessary to assess placental blood supply at different periods of gestation. For this purpose placental coefficient (PC) is determined by Strizhakov A.N. method. Additionally, oxygen tension in lacunar blood (pO2) and number of vessels per one villus (Nv) at the research stage are determined. After that coefficient of placental blood supply is calculated by formula
EFFECT: method makes it possible to fully estimate hemodynamics in the system mother-placenta-fetus due to account of blood supply both from uterine arteries and lacunar blood.
