METHOD OF ESTIMATING ADEQUACY OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE FOR GOING IN FOR SPORT TEENAGERS Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B10/00

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to medical functional diagnostics. In order to estimate adequacy of physical stress for doing sport teenagers, parameters of peripheral blood are determined: lymphocyte index LI, immunoreactivity index IRI, index of TINR adaptation. Summing up adaptation coefficients K by all parameters total index of adaptation possibilities TIAP is determined before exercise TIAP 1 and after exercise TIAP2. Adequacy of physical exercise (APE) is calculated by functional state of doing sport teenagers by formula: APS=(TIAP2:TIAP1)×100%. If APE values are lower or equal 92.9%, level of adequacy of physical stress is considered to be low. If APE values equal 93%-99.9%, level of adequacy of physical stress is considered to be medium. If APE values equal 100%, level of adequacy of physical stress is considered to be high.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate adequacy of physical stress for doing sport teenagers.
