FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to sports and rehabilitation medicine, and can be used for recovery of psycho-functional state and adaptation reserves of sportsmen. Method involves two daily procedures for 14 days, each lasting 20 minutes. First procedure is normobaric oxygenation, which is carried out using an oxygen concentrator JAY-10. Respiratory gas mixture is supplied through a nasal cannula; the oxygen concentration in the respiratory mixture is not less than 93%. Second procedure involves carbon dioxide-hydrogen sulphide mineral baths with carbon dioxide concentration of not less than 500 g/l, with hydrogen sulphide concentration of not less than 20 mg/l, temperature of 37 °C.
EFFECT: method has a positive effect and a restorative effect on the psycho-functional state and adaptive reserves of sportsmen undergoing health resort treatment.
