FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics, endocrinology. In a student's blood sample, the content of manganese (Mn), lead (Pb), and toluene, malondialdehyde (MDA) is determined. The value of the phase angle (PA) and the value of the active cell mass (ACM) are determined. Set the duration of the breaks between lessons and the levels of anxiety of the student on the scale Problems and fears in relations with teachers (PFRT) and Fear of not meeting the expectations of others (FNMEO). The consumption of cottage cheese (CC), fresh vegetables (FV) and sausages (S) is established. The frequency and multiplicity of physical education and sports (PE) are determined. If the student has the following deviations at the same time: the presence of toluene in the blood of the student; when the content of Pb is 1.6 or more times higher than the regional background level and Mn is 1.1 or more times higher than the regional background level, with the content of MDA in the blood in the range of 2.22-2.61 mcmol/cm3, as well as at the same time the value of PA is less than 25 centile and the value of ACM is less than 25 centile; the presence of the duration of breaks between lessons is less than 10 minutes and the level of anxiety of the student on the PFRT scale is more than 4 points and on the FNMEO scale is more than 3 points and with a decrease, compared with the average daily norms, in the consumption of CC by 57.6% or more and FV by 85.1 % or more, with a simultaneous increase in the consumption of S by 71.9% or more, as well as the frequency of PE lessons less than 3 hours a week, a conclusion is made about a high degree of probability of obesity in schoolchildren.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the reliability of the assessment of the probability of formation of pathology of the endocrine system in schoolchildren in the form of obesity associated with the combined complex effects of such environmental factors as manganese, lead and toluene, the modern educational process, nutrition and lifestyle.
