FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics and neurology. The content of manganese (Mn), lead (Pb) and formaldehyde (F), the level of cortisol in the blood is determined. The value of the stress index (SI) is determined. the duration of breaks between lessons, the duration of use of interactive whiteboards (ID) at school, and the levels of anxiety of the student on the scales "Low physiological resistance to stress" (LPRS) and "Fear of not meeting the expectations of others" (FNMEO) are established. The level of consumption of cottage cheese (cc) and fermented milk products (FM) are established. The frequency and multiplicity of physical education and sports are determined. If the student has the following deviations at the same time: if the content of Pb in the blood sample of the student is 1.6 or more times higher than the regional background level, if the content of Mn in the blood sample is 1.1 or more times higher than the regional background level, if the content in the blood sample F is 7.9 or more times higher than the regional background level; with a blood level of cortisol in the range of 266.63-336.35 mmol/cm3 and above; with the value of IW equal to 69.6-127.8 c.u.; with the simultaneous presence of a duration of breaks between lessons of less than 10 minutes; with the duration of use in the IW lesson for more than 30 minutes; with a schoolchild's level of anxiety on the LPRS scale of more than 3 points and on the FNMEO scale of more than 3 points; with a decrease, compared with the average daily norms, consumption of CC - by 74.0% or more and FM - by 75.0% or more; with a simultaneous frequency of playing sports less than 3 hours a week, a conclusion is made about a high degree of probability of the formation of disorders of the autonomic nervous system in schoolchildren.
EFFECT: method provides a reliable assessment of the probability of formation of disorders of the autonomic nervous system in schoolchildren associated with the combined complex effects of such environmental factors as manganese, lead and formaldehyde, the modern educational process, nutrition and lifestyle.
