FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises loading bin, proportioner connected with inclined trough, optical detector including two video cameras, grain detection zone, grain quality control device, rejected grain standard grain collectors. Black conveyor belt is arranged under inclined trough. Optical detector uses digital video cameras. One of said cameras is arranged under conveyor belt so that camera lens optical axis is located perpendicular to belt plane. Second camera is located at an angle to belt plane. Said video cameras are connected via central processor with control unit of step motor mounted in carriage arranged perpendicular to conveyor belt. Said carriage is equipped with vacuum pump including vacuum head communicated via flexible hose with vacuum electrically driven vacuum pump. Rejected grain collector is arranged under said valve.
EFFECT: higher quality, reduced metal input.
