FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes digging of a trench, arrangement of a cone-shaped groove below the trench bottom, installation of a drainage with fixation between groove walls and its filling with a filtering material. The cone-shaped groove is made by cutting from trench walls with depth equal to its width. Prior to installation of the drainage the lower part of the groove is filled with the filtering material for the height that is commensurate to the drainage diametre. The fill surface is profiled for the installed drainage. At the same time the trench is arranged with the following depth: Htr=Hdes- (b - d/2sinα), where Hdes - design depth of the trench, b - trench width, d - diametre of the installed drainage, α - angle of inclination of cone-shaped groove walls to the vertical axis of the trench. The method is carried out with the help of a drain-installing machine comprising a basic tractor, an active working element with a cleaning device, a hopper with a drain pipe guide and a filler. The cleaning device frame is equipped with a cutting knife with inclined generatrices, mounted below a chain actuator and connected with the hopper. The front section of the hopper is arranged with a profiled bottom and is separated from the bottomless rear section with a partition. At the same time in the front section there is an additional filler, joined with the rear section and fixed on the partition below the guide drain pipe. The end part of the guide drain pipe is made of two rigidly connected metal pipes of different diametre, installed vertically one above the other as capable of rotation by 180 degrees. Upper and lower support surfaces of metal pipes are equipped with replaceable profiled pads coupled in extreme points with inclined generatrices of the cutting knife.
EFFECT: reduced energy intensity of a process and high-quality installation of a drainage.
