FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared; bulb onions, carrots are cut. Fresh white cabbages are chopped; the listed components are mixed; sunflower flour is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. One mixes the flour with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg and laurel leaf; one proceeds with cooking the mixture and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce. One meals sprats in wheat flour and fries them in vegetable oil, packs, seals and sterilises the sprats, vegetable mixture and sauce.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
