FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for surgical management of chronic suppurative otitis media. Under combined endotracheal anesthesia and after additional infiltration with solution, incision is made along tragus inner surface. Tragus in the perchium is separated by the blunt method; the tragus is resected with a single block for use as a plastic material. Wound is closed with interrupted sutures. Perforation size is then determined to form a flap. Perforation size is measured after freshening of edges by means of a needle under control of an endoscope with length of 11 cm, 2.7 mm in diameter, 0° Thomassin dissector. Perichondria are separated on one side of the cartilage. Further, two islands are formed on the basis of mucoperichondria of one side of the cartilage using a funnel of the appropriate size in accordance with figure 2. Rest part of cartilage is separated by means of a round knife. It is followed by endoscope 11 cm long, 2.7 mm in diameter, 0° bioresorbable hemostatic collagen sponge and a formed perichondral flap are introduced into the tympanic cavity. Flap edges are turned inwards thus forming a "spring" flap formed in accordance with perforation dimensions and laid under its edges in accordance with figure 3. After that, 2-3 rubber strips and hemostatic jaws are applied.

EFFECT: method enables improving operation reliability and reducing postoperative recurrences without prolonging the operation time and without additional incisions due to the use of a tragus chondroperichondral flap as a plastic material.
