SUBSTANCE: filter element comprises a porous non-woven fabric. The fabric comprises a first layer with the first fibers and the first active particles and a second layer with the second fibers and the second active particles. Thus in the first thermoplastic elastomeric polymer fibers the first active particles are located. And in the second thermoplastic elastomeric polymer fibers the second active particles are located. The fabric is characterised by three-dimensional deformation, and the first layer is in contact with the second layer over the entire deformation.
EFFECT: invention has a lower pressure drop and high maintaining of carbon activity.
