FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: multiple layers of pre-impregnated material are laid onto the first half-form and onto the second half-form for creation of the first unfinished lining and the second unfinished lining of the wing structure. Multiple layers of the pre-impregnated material are serially laid onto a device of a certain shape for production of unfinished lining of the front edge. Unfinished wing spars are formed from the pre-impregnated material. A wedge-shaped body is formed from a foam-plastic material designed for installation between the first and second unfinished linings on the rear edge of the wing structure. Unfinished wing spars are co-ordinately installed on the first unfinished lining, at the same time detachable support elements are installed next to wing spars. The second half-mould is tilted and installed onto the first half-mould for placement of the second unfinished lining onto wing spars and support facilities for production of unfinished wing structure. The unfinished wing structure is exposed to a polymerisation cycle, using a vacuum bag.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce number of mechanical assembling operations.
