FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: assembly is made to hold hinged cover (4) by articulated arm with fixing section (12), moving together with hinged cover (4); and with fixing element (17) to lock and unlock the hinged cover (4) using control unit (20). Control unit (20) is made in such a way that during covering motion of hinged cover (4) under condition when fixing element (17) is in locked position the unit permits movement of fixed element (17) caused by sliding motion between fixing element and (17) and fixing section (12) into unlocked position where the fixing element then stays.
EFFECT: closing the hinged cover irrespective to locking condition.
