SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical industries, namely to blocking devices for high-speed end valves used on pipelines, vessels and apparatuses operating under pressure, as well as in devices where blocking of the mechanism is required in the presence of excess pressure. A quick-acting end gate, consisting of a body, a cover mounted with the possibility of opening on a folding lever, and a blocking unit containing a rod, while the new thing is that the blocking unit contains a membrane separating its internal volume into inlet and outlet cavities. The input cavity is connected to the internal cavity of the shutter, and the output cavity is connected to the atmosphere. In addition, the blocking unit contains a pliable element located on the rod.

EFFECT: use of this invention makes it possible to increase the operational reliability and safety of the high-speed end gate by actuating the blocking unit at a gas pressure in the gate cavity from 0.01 MPa.
