SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decorative lining coatings and can be used in construction, in production of decorative facing materials for finishing walls and ceilings, and material for decorative lining coating. The material contains textile fibres, carboxymethyl cellulose and surfactants. The textile fibres used are completely aligned, smoothly stretched polyester fibres, with the following ratio of components, wt %: carboxymethyl cellulose - 4-50, completely aligned, smoothly stretched polyester fibres - 50-95, surfactants - 0-3.
EFFECT: invention enables to form a decorative lining coating with a new, brighter appearance, wider variety of palette and range of obtained surfaces and shades of the required colour of decorative lining coatings, both with and without use of powdered dyes.
