FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technology of forming regenerated terylene from polyether wastes, in particular to a method of obtaining the terylene fibre from the polyether wastes. The method consists in the fact that, at the beginning the dried polyether wastes are directed into a screw melter, then melted and extruded as a polyether melt. After that, the melt is twice filtered to remove admixtures. Then, carried out is a reaction of macromolecular polymerisation of polyether melt to add homogeneity to the molecular mass of a macromolecular polymer and increase viscosity of polyether. Then the melt with an increased viscosity is finely filtered, with the application of a sensitive filter for the melt. After that, the melt is directed to the spinning bucket for dosed formation, then cooled and solidified to obtain elementary threads. Finally, the elementary threads are wound in accordance with different technological requirements. The claimed method can increase the quality of the regenerated polyether melt for formation. The regenerated polyether melt has fewer admixtures and homogenous viscosity after multiple filtrations. The fibrous product has such advantages, as a lower degree of breakage, high speed of winding on a winder, high output of the end product and less quantity of spoilages.
EFFECT: obtaining the terylene fibre from the polyether wastes.
