FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be applied in modeling intra-articular injury in small laboratory animals. Destruction of integrity of articular fossa and dislocation of bone head with maximally possible preservation of capsule are performed. Destruction of fossa integrity is realized by its cross-cutting to desired depth. After that, articulation capsule is tightly sutured. In case of necessity, before suturing capsule, catheter is installed in articulation cavity and in the course of experiment biologically active substances are introduced into zone of injury in dosed way. In case if bone head prevents installation of catheter, resection of bone head is performed.
EFFECT: method ensures obtaining reproducible model of bone-cartilage wound of articular fossa with partial preservation of bone integrity and possibility of dosed introduction of biologically active substance into zone of injury in small laboratory animals.
