FIELD: medicine, clinico-experimental orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with developing a model and studying deformation arthrosis of hip joint, in particular, dysplastic coxarthrosis in experimental animal. The innovation deals with performing extraarticular iliac osteotomy in supraacetabular area to be performed adequately to the curvature of articular surface of cotyloid cavity followed by cutting a longitudinal-cross-sectionally curved wedge-like osseous fragment with its top facing the center of the joint followed by removing this fragment with subsequent removing the developed defect in supraacetabular area due to replacing a mobilized osseous-cartilaginous department of cotyloid cavitary top to the site of removed osseous fragment. Replaced department should be fixed with 3 intraosseous sutures applied radially. Extraarticular osteotomy should be performed up to central level of cotyloid cavity at developing a mobile osseous-cartilaginous department of cotyloid cavitary top. The model in question enables to investigate the development and flow of degenerative-dystrophic alterations in dysplastic hip joint, evaluate the role and significance of deficiency (pathology) from the side of cotyloid cavitary top in development of arthrosis alterations, study the impact of the degree of relative alteration in contact area of support surfaces upon disease severity, elaborate and test new curative technologies of the present pathology, such as surgical, medicinal.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of modeling.
