FIELD: physics, radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radioelectronic engineering and technologies of producing waveguide devices with a complex configuration used in devices and radioelectronic systems for transmitting microwave signals. The technical result is achieved due to that after each drawing, the workpiece is washed in a washing solution, annealed at t=600°C, and after forming corrugations, the obtained component is washed in nefras and heat treated at t=760°C in the medium of dissociated ammonia for 30 minutes and then tempered in water.
EFFECT: said method enables to make the waveguide more flexible and mechanically strong.
