FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anti-emergency automatics of electric circuits with voltage of 110 kV and higher. The device comprises a sensor of temperature of a high-voltage line (HVL) of power transmission, a metre of HVL current value, a sensor of ambient air temperature, a unit of HVL wire temperature monitoring, a unit of estimated detection of HVL wire temperature, a controller, a switchboard, units for generation of control commands (CC) in case of line overload, a unit to generate a command for automatic connection of HVL loads disconnected during overload, and units for generation of CC commands for sequence of automatic connection of loads. A control unit is arranged as capable of detecting higher temperature of wire to permissible and limit values during heating, and also its reduction down to a permissible value in case of wire cooling. The controller is arranged as capable of setting setpoints of exceeded limit heating and cooling temperatures to the permissible level of temperature, and also of transferring of a CC permit from operating personnel. The switchboard is arranged with provision of the possibility of priority action by signals from the control unit, and in case of its failure or an HVL wire temperature sensor fault - by signals from the unit of estimated detection of HVL wire temperature.
EFFECT: higher operational reliability of devices of automatic limitation of high-voltage power transmission line overload.
