ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONTROL AND PROTECTION SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC H02H3/28

Abstract RU 2737951 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: control and protection system of electric plant includes sensors, differential current device, main conductors, additional conductors and at least one additional device, which is selected among devices for monitoring voltages and currents, communication channels, additional loads, additional power sources and switches, wherein main conductors connect differential current device and electric receiver, additional conductors connect sensors, device of differential current and additional devices, sensors have function of control of non-electric state indicators and function of signal generation for disconnection of differential current device. According to the invention, the sensors are selected among linear fire detectors and linear process sensors, which are laid between remote sections of the electrical installation, and at least one additional conductor or one communication channel for selected sensors is a component part. Besides, at least one linear fire detector can be selected with an open optical channel, with a heat-sensitive fiber-optic cable or with a heat-sensitive wire cable. At least one linear process sensor can be selected with a wire channel which is sensitive to medium conductivity. Additionally, sensors can be arranged together with main conductors in cable channels or cable sheath and can have detachable and non-sealed connections.

EFFECT: providing simultaneous control of optimum set of electrical and non-electrical indices of state of extended linear or branched objects.
