FIELD: physics, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunication system, particularly, for device intended for providing law machinery with telecommunication network interception data. Interception of data associated with target mobile node 1 in area 2 PMIP v6 connected with telecommunication network via access mobile gateway (MAG) 3 involves configuring, at least: said MAG and mobility lock-in local point 4 to be operated as interception control elements 11. Note here that data related to interception is send via interface X2 to data delivery functional unit 15 with the help of, at least, one of said: MAG and mobility lock-in local point 4 every time when event based on PMIP v6 is detected in, at leas, one of said: MAG and mobility lock-in local point 4, respectively.
EFFECT: functional possibility of legitimate data interception for PMIP v6.
