FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: systems and methods are provided to intercept data transfers, at least through one broadband network. Data transfers, including services of voice and data transfer, and also transfers under a high frequency band, such as multimedia and video, are intercepted and routed into authorised agencies, such as law enforcement authorities. Systems and methods also provide for interception of data transfers, such as data transfers between equivalent units, which pass through broadband networks from a source to a receiver without passing through elements of a centralised basic network. These transfers are intercepted in access points distributed along broadband networks and are redirected to elements of the interception unit for transfer to authorised facilities.
EFFECT: provision of a sufficient bandwidth for intercepted data transfers.
