SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be for grinding multiple main and crankpin journals and/or central sections. Two crankpin grinding spindles are fitted on common cross slide. First of said spindles displaces in sole direction Z, while second spindle performs minimum displacement in direction X relative to first spindle. At final grinding stage, deviation of two machined journals sizes are corrected by separate control over second crankpin grinding spindle. Deviation is determined by measurement devices.
EFFECT: decreased production area, higher quality of grinding.
