Device comprises first, not emergency, electric brake integrated in traction circuit, and second, emergency, brake. Besides, it comprises element to switch from first brake to second brake, device to control first brake operation efficiency with the help of current measurement data, device to decide on switching from first brake to second brake in exceeding preset threshold, and device to switching to, at least, one switching element.

EFFECT: controlled moment of braking at high speed, decrease overall dimensions.
