SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises replaceable capsule, capsule holder, and device to feed fluid, for example, water, at pressure into said capsule. Said capsule comprises annular wall, bottom and cover to close annular wall on end opposite said bottom. Capsule contains an extract. Bottom has inlet section. System serves to actuate fluid dispenser to feed fluid to extract for drink preparation. Cover has inlet area. System comprises outlet communicated with capsule prepared drink discharge area. Recipient comprises bottom piercers to pierce alternative capsule inlet area for allow fluid feed to product. Capsule inlet area comprises fluid filter. Inlet filter is arranged at definite distance from piercers for it not to be pierced.

EFFECT: higher quality and stability of drink properties, stable operation.
