FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system, a method and a capsule for preparation of specified quantity of beverage from an extractable product. System contains a replaceable capsule, which includes an annular wall, a bottom and a cover. Wall, the bottom and the cover comprise an inner space containing the product being extracted. Receiver comprises impaling means for punching alternative capsule inlet area to create at least one inlet hole to feed fluid medium to the product being extracted. Inlet area of the capsule contains an inlet filter to supply the fluid medium through it to the product being extracted.
EFFECT: filter holes are made as longitudinal slits that provides the increase of pressure in the area of extraction ensuring the reduction of probability of fraction transmission into the beverage.
