FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and may be used for removal of oil products from condensate. Proposed device comprises cylindrical casing with conical bottom and cover. Said bottom accommodates contact lifting cylindrical tube with distributor and conical trough. Separation grate is made at conical cover inlet. Triangular drain holes are cut in casing top walls, above the level of top edge of said contact lifting cylindrical tube. Casing top wall outer surface is enclosed by cylindrical jacket to make foam receiver. Space of cylindrical casing between outer surface of lifting tube and its inner surface above below makes separation chamber. Said contact lifting cylindrical tube is connected with feed and inlet gas branch pipes nearby its bottom edge and conical trough bottom. Conical bottom and cover are communicated via drain and discharge gas branch pipes. Bottoms of cylindrical casing and jacket are provided with branch pipes to discharge cleaned condensate and oil-water mix.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
