SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of exhaust gas outlet pipe and converter with slots in cover closed by filtering partitions, and drain system with hydraulic lock. Converter housing accommodates gas primary distribution section, heat exchange section with air compartments and gas channels, gas secondary distribution section, adsorption section and separation section. Longitudinal plates of heat exchange and absorption sections are made of hydrophilic porous material with circulation grooves on side surfaces and conical capillary tubes arranged in staggered manner normally to plate surface.
