FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: charging method of explosive device consists in application of anti-adhesive compound to walls of internal cavity of explosive device housing, filling of internal cavity of explosive device housing with plastisol explosive, shaping of charge of plastisol explosive in cavity of housing of explosive device, reworking of surfaces of plastisol explosive charge, which contact the initiator, installation of cover plate and sealing of internal cavity of explosive device. Plastisol explosive is in fluid state. Anti-adhesive coating is inert to plastisol explosive and material of explosive device housing. Filling of internal cavity of explosive device housing is performed using vibration vacuum plant at creation of negative pressure to the pressure of not more than 5 kPa. Shaping of plastisol explosive charge is performed at temperature in the range of +40 to +60°C, till complete hardening of plastisol explosive. Cover plate is installed with possibility of creating the specified compression force applied to plastisol explosive charge.
EFFECT: increasing stability of physical and mechanical and gas-dynamic characteristics of plastisol explosive.
