FIELD: explosives.

SUBSTANCE: explosive assembly comprises a body with an explosive charge, an initiation system and a system of temperature compensation. The explosive charge is made of plastisol composition. The system of temperature compensation includes an insert arranged between the body and the explosive charge, which is made of a material with a closed cellular structure. The system of initiation is surrounded with a protective shell, and the system of temperature compensation additionally comprises a pad arranged in the form of sectors of the same material as the insert. Sectors are spaced along the surface of the protective shell, which is opposite to arrangement of the explosive charge. The method to make an explosive assembly includes arrangement of an insert of the temperature compensation system on the inner surface of the explosive assembly body, filling of the body volume with a plastisol explosive composition with curing of the produced assembly under pressure until the explosive composition hardens, compression of the insert with subsequent connection of the assembly with the initiation system, placement of the initiation system into the protective shell prior to connection with the remaining assembly, installation of the pad onto the shell of the temperature compensation system, installation of the initiation system into the body of the explosive assembly with the pad outside, assembly hardening by aging in compressed condition by means of installation onto the system of the cover initiation and applying pressure on it with subsequent fixation.
