FIELD: food industry; measurement.
SUBSTANCE: photometric detector cell is installed in the injection flow system before the amperometric cell; constant eluent flux is passed though the system; a dose being analysed is introduced via a gauge cock first into the photometric detector cell and then - into the amperometric detector cell; signals from the detectors amplified (for antioxidants and for anthocyans separately) and registered on the display of the computer connected to the photometric and the amperometric detectors amplifiers; signals from the photometric and the amperometric detectors correspond respectively to total anthocyan and antioxidant content.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency of analysis.
