SUBSTANCE: medium readable with a computer, containing instructions saved on it, which when performed by a computing device force it to perform the method of synchronisation of data between end points, including stages; transfer is synchronised, supported with a server end point, with another transfer supported with the first end point; a service of large binary object searching is updated with one or more indicators of the large binary object, which identify one or more locations, from where the large binary object may be withdrawn, besides, the individual indicator of the large binary object identifies an individual location that differs from the server end point, from where a part of the large binary object may be withdrawn, and combined metadata is sent to other end points, which have subscribed to receiving metadata updates.

EFFECT: improved reliability of data synchronisation between end points that belong to units in different topologies of connection.
