SUBSTANCE: coding device comprises an input signal coding section to produce coded data of a basic level; a section of decoding of coded data of basic level to receive decoded data of the basic level; and a section of coding of a residual signal representing a difference between an input signal and a decoded signal of the basic level, to produce coded data of the improvement level. The coding section of the improvement level comprises a section of residual signal separation into many subbands; the first section of coding of a form vector, which codes a spectral form of each of many subbands to produce at the beginning the first coded information on the form, and which calculates target coefficients of amplification, which minimise deviation between each of many subbands and the form based on the first coded information about the form, after coding of the spectral form on a subband basis; a section to generate an amplification vector, which generates one vector of amplification using multiple amplification coefficients; and a section of coding of the amplification vector to produce the first coded amplification information.

EFFECT: improved quality of decoded signals sounding.
