SUBSTANCE: in one of aspects requests for reduction of noise and noise indicators may be used to control noise to provide for operation in scenarios with prevailing influence of noise sources. In one version a terminal may receive from the first basic station a request for noise reduction, in which it is requested to reduce noise on the specified frequency and time resources. The terminal may also receive a noise indicator, which transmits the level of noise, to which the second basic station is exposed. The terminal may determine its transfer capacity, being based on the request for reduction of noise and on the noise indicator. For instance, the terminal may determine the initial capacity of transfer, being based on the request for reduction of noise (or noise indicator) and may correct the initial capacity of transfer, being based on the noise indicator (or the request for noise reduction) to produce its transfer capacity. The terminal may send data to a service basic station at a certain capacity of transfer.
EFFECT: reduced noise in a wire communication network.
