FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages salted fish milt milling and homogenisation with addition of vegetable oil, sugar, acetic acid, sodium benzoate, mustard and water at the specified components ratio. The produced mixture is packed.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a food fish milt product with high nutritive and biological value.
