SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology and cardiac surgery. Electrocardiographic examination is carried out, and transesophageal frequency-increasing atrial electric stimulation is performed additionally. Shape of delta-wave and QRS complex in VI lead are compared at the background of sinus rhythm transesophageal frequency-increasing atrial electric stimulation. If at the background of stimulation negative or isoelectric delta-wave changes for positive one and r-type of QRS-complex changes for R-type, left-sided localisation of additional atrioventricular connection is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to plan volume and technical provision of radio-frequency ablation of additional atrioventricular connections in children with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome.
