FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to biomechanics of joints. Method includes detection of thumb adduction to forearm in passive flexion in radiocarpal joint, test is considered to be positive if space between thumb and forearm ≤ 2 cm or flexion in radiocarpal joint > 90°, extension in V metacarpophalangeal joint ≥ 90°, hyperextension of elbow joints ≥ 10°, hyperextension of knee joints ≥ 10°. Additionally detected is hyperlordosis of lumbar part of spine, characterised by the fact that in standing position with relaxed muscles anterior pelvic tilt increases, and abdomen line protrudes beyond the chest line in sagittal plane, and kiphosis of thoracic part of spine aggravates in sitting position. External shoulder rotation >90° and flexion of knee joint during which foot touches external hip surface are detected. If four or more tests are positive, conclusion about present hypermobility of joints is made.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose hypermobility of joints more efficiently.
