FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic exercises, sports medicine, orthopedics, neurology, rehabilitation, and can be used in treating lumbar osteochondrosis with pain syndrome. For this purpose, 9 active free physical exercises are performed consistently in course of 10 sessions. Starting from the second exercise, all exercises are performed using sports equipment: a gymnastic ball or a gymnastic semi-sphere or rammed ball or weighting materials for feet. Each exercise involves 5 sets with interval between them of at least 30 seconds, in each of 10 repetitions, each exercise element is performed for not less than 4 seconds.
EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of lumbar spine osteochondrosis excluding application of water procedures and intake of protein mixture that will expand a contingent of patients in whom there are contraindications to such types of actions.
