EFFECT: method provides complete correction of biomechanical disorders, upper limb functionality at home using auto-release techniques, stretching and strength exercises aimed at correcting biomechanical causes of subacromial development, scapular dyskinesia, rotator cuff weakness and posterior capsule tightness.
