FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for laparoscopic appendectomy in children. All laparoscopic ports are located in the area of umbilical ring. Trocars are introduced into abdominal cavity transumbilically with possibility of placing working instruments in one plane with respect to appendix. Optic device, which has instrumental canal, is installed into main trocar. To introduce main trocar longitudinal cut corresponding the shape of skin fold is made in immediate vicinity from its upper or lower edge, the second, working, trocar is introduced through 3 mm long cut, which is made in immediate vicinity from opposite to the first cut and main trocar with optic device edge of skin fold.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce trauma, improve cosmetic effect.
