SUBSTANCE: method relates to children's surgery. Laparoscopic appendectomy is performed. Exudate is removed from abdominal cavity, 200 ml of physiological solution are introduced, abdominal cavity is processed laparoscopically with low-frequency ultrasound for 3 minutes. Amplitude of irradiating wave conductor butt end is 40-50 mcm, distance to processed surface is 5 mm.
EFFECT: method effectively prevents postoperative complications of purulent-inflammatory diseases of abdominal cavity organs.
