FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic tire is intended to be used in winter. Tire tread is made using circumferential grooves (1, 10, 6, 7) and transversal grooves (4a, 4b, 12, 13) as checkers (4, 5, 10, 11) which are provided with multiple parallel slits (16a, 16b, 17a, 17b, 18). In this design, tread pattern checkers (4, 5, 10, 11) are provided which are interconnected by bridges (14). The bridges (14) interconnect checkers (4, 5, 10, 11) of tread pattern within row (2, 3, 8, 9). Nails (15) are positioned in bridges (14).

EFFECT: better running characteristics of tire in winter conditions.
