FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in chemical, chemical-metallurgical fields of industry. Slip sublayer based on fine dispersive heat resistant filling agent and dimensionally stable non-foaming binding material is applied on the surface of product bearing base. After application of slip sublayer surface of product and applied slip sublayer is saturated with pyrocarbon, pyrocarbide or silicon pyronitride, or their combination. Precipitation of coating from gas phase is performed at residual pressure in reactor. As material of product bearing base, materials of slip sublayer and gas-phase coating taken are materials, whose components have close to each other and gas phase coating coefficient of linear thermal expansion. As materials of slip sublayer and gas phase coating taken are carbon, SiC, Si3N4 or their combination.

EFFECT: invention eliminates useless expenditures in manufacturing hermetic products from composition materials.
