SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in chemical and chemical-metallurgical industry. Porous blank from carbon-carbon compositional material (CCCM) of incomplete, for example, of half width - internal envelope, is obtained. It is hermetised by formation on its preliminarily mechanically processed external or internal surfaces of slip coating based on carbon powder and temporary unshrinkable and non-foaming binding agent, binding of it with pyrocarbon at low partial pressure of carbon-containing gas and further formation of pyrocarbon coating. Then, frame of external covering, supplementing blank to full width is built-up on external surface of internal coating, saturated with pyrocarbon, mechanically processed on external surface and hermetic coating is formed. As CCCM of external coating, supplementing blank to full width, the same material as for internal coating, is applied.
EFFECT: work resource of hermetic products, which work in chemically aggressive media at high temperatures and pressures is increased.
