FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing a stimulator which increases germination power and rate of cereal seeds. The disclosed method involves reaction of dimethyl phosphite with 2,2-dichloro-cyclopropylmethanol in molar ratio 1:2, mixing for 4 hours at temperature of 60-65°C, with subsequent vacuum distillation twice and dissolving the obtained bis(2,2-dichlorocyclopropylmethyl)phosphite in distilled water until 0.01% aqueous solution is obtained.
EFFECT: novel method of producing a stimulator which increases germination power and capacity of seeds and accelerates the beginning of ripening of cereal crops.
